Architectural Proposal for the University of Toronto Faculty Club

Architectural Proposal for the University of Toronto Faculty Club

This schematic design proposal assumes the existing Faculty Club and Graduate Student Union (GSU) facilities will be demolished and a complete new facility will be constructed on the amalgamated site. The new Faculty Club will boast an inviting ground floor with a public and private street presence, ample conference/banquet facilities, a health club and five floors of hotel suites for U of T visitors. Generous terraces and patios will serve both the Faculty Club and GSU facilities. The large basement kitchen and food handling facilities will enable the Faculty Club to serve its own needs and cater to the university and surrounding community.
