Arjay Ave M-House

The Arjay House project uniquely blends traditional and contemporary architectural styles, featuring clean lines and open floor plans. The use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal, along with a neutral colour palette, adds a sense of warmth and simplicity to the overall design.

The interiors of this project are minimalistic in design, emphasizing functionality and a smooth flow of spaces. Large windows, skylights, and sliding doors are utilized to create an open and airy atmosphere, as well as to bring in natural light.

This project’s layout is open-concept, allowing for flexibility in how spaces are used. The central living area is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it perfect for entertaining guests. The bedrooms and bathrooms are typically located in a separate wing for added privacy.

In summary, the Arjay House project is designed to be functional, elegant and timeless, making it a great example for those who want a home that is both contemporary and luxurious traditional style.
