Badiozzaman Forouzanfar (Persian: بدیعالزمان فروزانفر), born as Ziyaa’ Boshrooye-i (ضياء بشرويهای) on July 12, 1904, in Boshrooyeh, Ferdows County, and passed away on May 6, 1970, in Tehran, was a renowned scholar of Persian literature, Iranian linguistics, and culture. Widely recognized as an authority on Rumi (Molana Jalaleddin Balkhi) and his works, Forouzanfar made significant contributions to the study of Persian mysticism and poetry. He served as a distinguished professor of literature at Tehran University, where he inspired generations of students and researchers through his expertise and dedication to Persian cultural heritage.
