Pedram Karimi (Our Toronto Office Director) and Ehsan Naimpour, along with four Schulich MREI, formed the "Four Corner Investments" team and competed in the 7th annual NAIOP Development Challenge. Their team was awarded first place after presenting their development proposal for a prominent Toronto site.
The proposal envisioned a high-rise rental apartment building that complements two existing office towers. To unify the entire development, the team proposed bridges, a life science incubator, and retail spaces at the podium level. The residential tower's distinctive, jagged form creates a dynamic and community-oriented living experience.
